After 10 incredible years in North Park, we’re saddened to share that Mastiff Kitchen at North Park Beer Co. will be closing. Our last day of service will be Sunday, May 3rd.

While this decision was not ours, we’re proud of what we built here - our longtime staff and the friendships formed. We’re also incredibly grateful for the community that showed up and brought the space to life. North Park has meant so much to us.

Mastiff Kitchen carries on. You’re still able to get your fix at our La Mesa location with the same great food and 30 rotating craft beer taps. We hope to see you there!

We’re also looking for another location! Please email [email protected] with any opportunities.

What people say

Craft Kitchen, located on Palm Avenue in La Mesa, is a family-owned and operated restaurant that has been serving the community since April 2015. They offer only craft beers and use the freshest ingredients to create their delicious dishes. The restaurant has become a staple in the community, and it's no surprise why. Craft Kitchen offers a unique dining experience that is both welcoming and enjoyable.

Craft Kitchen recently announced that they will be closing their doors after eight years of business in La Mesa. However, they are excited to announce that Mastiff Kitchen will be taking over and bringing a new and exciting approach to this beloved establishment. Before they closed their doors for good, Craft Kitchen offered $5 pints all day, which was a great way for customers to say goodbye.

Craft Kitchen also celebrated holidays with their customers, such as Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve. They even closed early one day so that their team could enjoy a potluck feast together. These events show how much Craft Kitchen values its customers and staff.

One of the standout dishes at Craft Kitchen is their Sweet Potato Casserole Fries, which were featured on social media on November 1st. Another popular dish is Chicken & Waffles with Hot Honey Butter, which was brought back by popular demand during brunch hours.

Overall, Craft Kitchen has left an indelible mark on La Mesa's culinary scene. Their commitment to using fresh ingredients and offering only craft beers has made them a favorite among locals. Although they may be closing their doors soon, we can't wait to see what Mastiff Kitchen has in store for this beloved establishment.
