Our restaurant Group is looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage the day-to-day marketing and social media presence of 8 restaurant brands across San Diego.

This is a hands-on, in-house role for someone who understands social media, loves creating content, and is confident managing multiple brands.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute social media content strategies across 8 restaurant brands
• Capture high-quality food, cocktail, lifestyle & restaurant photography
• Film, edit & create short-form content for Instagram + TikTok
• Create content 2x per week for each restaurant brand
• Manage and post daily Instagram Stories
• Manage content calendars and publishing
• Handle daily community engagement, including comments, DMs, tags & mentions
• Conduct influencer outreach and coordinate collaborations
• Monitor social trends and identify new content opportunities
• Respond to and manage Google Reviews
• Maintain each restaurant’s individual brand voice and visual identity
• Coordinate with restaurant management on specials, promotions, events & upcoming initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organized, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple brands. Experience in social media, marketing, content creation, photography, videography, restaurants, or hospitality is preferred.
