The Chef’s Counter is officially open. Join us.

The crackling of the embers and warm glow of the wood-burning fire combined with the fast-paced action of the kitchen create an exciting backdrop to enjoy Chef Brad Wise’s multi-course tasting menu. An optional beverage pairing is highly recommended.

With one seating per service is limited to just ten guests, Chef’s Counter will be offered on Thursdays and Fridays starting May 10. Tickets for each dinner will be released six weeks in advance and can be booked through TOCK.

To get to Fort Stockton in San Diego, you can take the bus and get off at the Fort Stockton Dr & Hawk St station. From there, it's a short walk to the destination. Alternatively, if you're driving, take the 8 freeway and exit at Waring Rd/Fairmount Ave. Turn onto Ward Rd and continue onto Fort Stockton Dr. You will need to find parking in the area, as street parking is limited. There are several paid parking lots nearby that you may wish to consider.
