This is breakfast how I ate it on the balcony in Palestine. Our breakfast preview is Sunday, April 26 and we will start it for a limited time May 10.
Tickets are in the bio. Walk-ins are welcome but our space is tiny.
A Palestinian breakfast is small plates of hummus, olives, cheese, eggs, potatoes and falafel meant for dipping and sharing. Take sips of black tea with mint or Arabic coffee.

It was Falafel Heights’ first annual Sono Chili Cook-off and we felt like winners. Mostly, because we were part of such a cool fundraiser and community event. We also got to showcase our ingredients and chili made from scratch. Thanks for having us Sono, and thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth.
Much love:
🫶 for being our chili neighbors
🫶 Kate, Matt and Brandon for swinging ladles of chili with me. We served a kofta, garbanzo, fava chili with falafel crisps on top.
🫶 Sono Team: Molly, Jen, Mallory, Sarah

Hey Falafel Gang. Fun fact: I did a lot of triathlon. Falafel Heights also got its start popping up at the San Diego Velodromes Tuesday Night Racing and Milestone Run Club well before I opened a restaurant. That said, I’ve got lots of love for the cycling and running community. The jersey design also incorporates the foundation of Falafel Heights and where my family is from. Message me if you would like a Falafel Heights cycling jersey. I’ll send you the size chart and put you on our preorder. They are $70. Pick up at the restaurant in a few weeks. Peace, love, 🚲 🏃🏽♀️.
Thank you for the thoughtful design.
