And finally; a huge, heartfelt thanks to all of my servers at Hoxton Manor, past and present. It goes without saying that I couldn’t have done this without you.
Special mention to Katy, who’s been busting ass for us since day 1, and to Ruby, who ran the FOH like a well-oiled machine.
Also to Jacob, for being ultra-reliable… and for picking up the shifts nobody else wants! And to Evan, for being our keen-eyed weekend warrior who’s always on top of his game.
Last but by no means least; my gratitude goes out to Ricky. Thanks for taking the reins for the last few months and seeing it through to the end. Your calm, humble nature coupled with your knowledge, skill and competence made you the perfect fit. 🙏🏼

My heartfelt gratitude to our incredible sous chef, Eric. His dedication, creativity, and unwavering support in the kitchen have been invaluable. He has been an integral part of our team since joining as a line cook, and his bump up to sous chef was thoroughly deserved. We couldn't have asked for a better collaborator, colleague and friend.

As the executive chef at Hoxton from the very beginning until the start of this year, Corey shaped the culinary side of the restaurant more than anyone.
His work ethic and dedication here were second-to-none; from scrubbing walls and unpacking equipment to hiring staff and curating 5-course tasting menus (and everything in between).
I cannot thank you enough, sirrrr. 🫡

To get to University Avenue in San Diego, you can take the public transport by taking the bus or trolley. If you're coming from downtown, take the red line trolley and get off at the "University Ave & Park Blvd" stop. You can then walk towards the east on University Avenue for a few blocks until you reach your destination.
If driving, take the I-8 freeway and exit at Texas Street/Camino Del Rio North. Turn left onto Camino Del Rio North and continue straight to University Avenue. Continue on University Avenue for a few blocks until you see a parking area near your destination.
