Sometimes we add things to the menu simply because we crave them ourselves: that’s how we ended up with Gambas Ibériques 😋
Our little nod to Gambas al Ajillo with wild shrimp, lots of garlic, olive oil, herbs, a touch of heat, and bread that becomes mandatory the second the plate hits the table.
