To get to Park Boulevard in San Diego via public transport, you can take the Green Line Trolley and exit at the City College station. From there, you can walk down Park Boulevard until you reach your destination.
If you prefer to drive, there are a few parking lots in the area that offer paid parking. One option is the Park-it-on-Market parking garage located on 614 Market St. Another option is the Civic Center Plaza parking lot located on 1200 Third Ave. Once parked, you can walk or take a short ride-share trip to your destination on Park Boulevard.
