👏 Alex Penkin is stepping into the role of Executive Chef:
Previously Chef de Cuisine, Alex has been an integral part of our kitchen since day one—bringing creativity, leadership, and a deep commitment to the Juniper and Ivy vision.
👏 Khine Moore is stepping into the role of Chef de Cuisine:
Formerly our Innovation Chef, Khine was part of the original opening team at Juniper and Ivy before continuing his journey with The Crack Shack, and has recently returned to Juniper—bringing with him a fresh perspective and energy.
Both Alex and Khine have been with Juniper and Ivy since the start, growing alongside the restaurant and helping define who we are today.

• Domaine Sylvain Pataille — certified organic since 2008, guided by biodynamic principles in Burgundy
