The art of pairing wine and food is all about balance, contrast, and enhancing flavors so that both the dish and the wine taste better together than they would on their own. It’s a mix of science, tradition, and personal taste.

Spring means white asparagus, strawberries, and moments that remind you why food is magic. This dish features whipped speck, being a smoky, dry-cured Italian ham from the Alps, and it’s one of those preparations you have to taste to believe. Addison in spring is something special. 🌿

Twenty years at the table and we’re just getting started.
On April 1, we begin a new chapter with a seven-week transformation of our home. This renovation is more than a refresh; it’s a reimagining. We’re honoring the spirit and history that brought us here while thoughtfully evolving every detail from the dining room to an intimate new champagne lounge to create a space that feels even more welcoming, warm, and inspired.
We’ll reopen on May 19, ready to share what’s next.

At the level we hold ourselves to every choice matters.
The ingredient.
The restraint.
The balance.
Authenticity, originality, and creative freedom are not explained. They are experienced.
What is the detail you remember most from a great meal?
