To get to the Mexican restaurant and deli on Harney Street in San Diego, you can take the Green Line Trolley and get off at the Grantville Station. From there, walk south on Mission Gorge Road until you reach Harney Street. Turn left on Harney Street and the restaurant should be on your left.
If you are driving and need to park, there is a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant that you can use. Simply turn left onto Harney Street from Mission Gorge Road and then turn right into the parking lot.
