To get to Congress Street in San Diego, you can take the Green Line trolley to the Old Town Transit Center and then transfer to bus route 10. This will drop you off near Congress Street.
If driving, take the I-5 South and exit onto Old Town Avenue. Turn left onto Congress Street and look for parking in nearby lots or street parking.
For Flor's Farm to Table restaurant, continue walking/driving along Congress Street until you reach the restaurant on your left.
