After 25 incredible years as a staple in Old Town San Diego, we must share some very sad news: Fred’s has permanently closed its doors.
This decision was not made lightly. Like many small businesses, we’ve faced challenges that became insurmountable, including rising operational costs and a substantial decline in tourism.
Thanks to all of you, Fred’s was able to provide the best food, drinks, service, and atmosphere in Old Town for so many years.
To all of our valued staff, guests, purveyors, and associates: muchas gracias for your unwavering support and for being part of the Fred’s family.
