To get to Newport Avenue in San Diego, you can take the Old Town Trolley Station and hop off at the Newport Avenue stop. From there, walk east towards the ocean until you reach Newport Avenue.
If you're driving, take the I-8 West and exit at Sunset Cliffs Boulevard. Turn left onto West Point Loma Boulevard and continue straight until you reach Newport Avenue. There are paid street parking spots available in the area.
Alternatively, you can take Bus Route 35 from Downtown San Diego and exit at Newport Avenue and Cable Street. Walk east towards the ocean until you reach Newport Avenue.

OBbeans is a café located on Newport Avenue in San Diego that has been serving the Ocean Beach community for six years. The café's team recently took a trip down to Baja, Mexico, where they helped stucco the inside of a community center and donated $3k for all the tile for the entire space. OBbeans also launched new online Sur bags that include a brand new direct trade coffee from Ethiopia with tasting notes of blackberry, merlot, walnut, and wild. In addition, the café has introduced its summer seasonal drinks lineup, which includes Mermaid matcha, Sparkling Cascara, Affogato, and Coffee Mule. OBbeans' loyal customers have supported this small business throughout its journey and celebrated its sixth anniversary with them. The café's commitment to giving back to the community and providing high-quality coffee makes it a must-visit spot in San Diego.
