A lot has changed since Mad Munch moved into the shop in 2019.

The storefront is no longer blue...

Yep- true story. All he ended up making from that experiment was a big mess, but fortunately, he discovered Mild Cheddar in block form. Once he had his cheese "medium" nailed, he came up with the perfect herb & spice recipe that really stuck!
