So, normally, I don’t announce when we make changes to our recipes, because we are constantly making tweaks and adjustments to everything- we aren’t satisfied with “good enough”, and we don’t think our customers should be, either.

However! The latest upgrade to our chocolate cake base has my jaw on the floor. So light, so fluffy… you won’t even realize you’ve eaten the entire thing. Be sure to snag a pack during your visit this week- they never seem to last long around you people 🥲

Breadcrumbs are back, and bigger than ever!

Even more exciting, we got a restock on our (vegan!) pecan bars. For the uninitiated, you’re looking at buttery shortbread, gooey caramel, and crunchy candied pecans, topped with a dark chocolate drizzle. And yes, we said vegan. It’s amazingly unhinged in its own special way, much like everything else around here (myself included…)

Also, Father’s Day is tomorrow! Please note that All Of You are probably planning to visit us, so play it smart if you can, and expect more mayhem than usual 😅 I’ll have the World Cup on if I can get the TV on.

The Coop turns 1 year old this week! 🥳 A whole year of gluten (and corn, soy, peanut, GMO, blah blah blah) free mayhem. So I thought it would be fun to share some outtakes to commemorate the occasion. A snippet of silliness. A touch of tomfoolery. A whisper of whimsy, even.
