Trays for days~~~ the dinner rolls are rolling out in a major way at GFBCo. this week!
You may be thinking “it is September even though it feels like July”, or “yay Halloween is so close! ” but we, on the other hand are Permanently Haunted by the looming specter of November, friends 😬😱💀
Pumpkin and pecan pies are moving fast; and if you see a pack of dinner rolls, you better believe it will be gone the next time you check. November will be here before you know it!

* Lore Drop!: a LOT of people inform us of their shellfish allergy when they are only in for muffins. It’s definitely a disproportionate disclosure domain. Rarely does anyone mention or ask about it for other menu items. Sugar cookie decorating Friday, 8/28 at 4pm! We’re doing sand dollars and sea stars 🤗 DM us or call The Coop during open hours to RSVP. Each kit includes 5 cookies and as much icing/sprinkles as you can feasibly squeeze onto each one ;) you can follow along with our amazing cookie decorator-designer Mackenzie, or freestyle to your heart’s content! Kits are $35 each for this event, and can be shared between 2 people. All ages welcome!

Here’s a story, morning glory~
We took a tray of these with us when we visited family out of town recently (and when I say “we took a tray” I mean: my mother managed to shove an entire frozen tray of unbaked cinnamon rolls into a carryon suitcase and boarded a plane with them).
And that… probably says more about us than I might want it to 😂 shall we spin it as “going above and beyond” “sharing the love” or maybe just “that allergen-free customer service grindset”?
Anyway, from my family to yours, thanks for rolling with us 😘🐓
