Every day is Earth Day at Callie 🌎
We’re committed to putting out the finest ingredients and using every last bit of them. Our bar program works closely with our kitchen, transforming byproducts into cocktails so nothing goes to waste.
What we can’t use makes its way back to the soil. We joined forces with AB Jones Co in 2022, ensuring those nutrients are returned to local farms to nourish the next season of growth.
A full circle approach, rooted in respect for Mother Earth and the farmers who make what we do possible.
