Silvia has been part of the Panini Kabob Grill family for nearly a decade, beginning her journey with PKG on January 4, 2016. She joined the company as the General Manager of our former Beverly Hills location.
Through years of dedication, leadership, and a passion for developing strong teams, Silvia has grown into her current role as the Training Director for the Los Angeles area, helping guide and support the next generation of PKG leaders and team members.

Victor has been a dedicated member of the Panini Kabob Grill family for 18 years. He began his journey with us as a Busser at our Beverly Hills location (now closed), and through hard work, consistency, and a true passion for hospitality, he has grown into a leadership role as the General Manager at our Downtown Los Angeles location.
Victor’s story is a great example of what the PKG family is all about, growing from within, leading with experience, and supporting both our team and our guests every day. His commitment and leadership help create the welcoming environment our guests love, and we’re incredibly grateful for the impact he’s made over nearly two decades with PKG.
