🔥Overdue post!🔥
We want to extend a huge thank you to .coffee.roasters. It all started at a coffee cupping table, the rest is history. Luis opened his door to us 2 years ago when were ready to start our roasting journey. Without hesitation, he gave us a space and the tools we needed to start. We roasted A LOT of bad coffee! Eventually we managed to dial in our craft. Spaces like this deserve more attention, for Luis and his team care about the craft. We took a bit of that knowledge with us that he kindly shared without holding back any “secrets”. The secret is that we have our own styles, and no style is “better” than another. Oh and don’t forget to say hi to Trapo!
We also want to give a shoutout to Cano .co for his mentorship! 🤝🏽🔥
