Today we pause to honor Juneteenth, a day that marks the end of slavery in the United States and a defining moment in the ongoing story of American freedom.
Regency operates in communities across this country; our centers are places where people gather, work, and build daily life. This comes with the responsibility to show up, to listen, and to reflect on the history that shapes the places and people we serve.
On this Juneteenth, we remember that history, and recognize the countless contributions and resilience of Black Americans, today and every day.

**By Public Transport:**
1. **Metro Transit System:**
- Take the Green Line Trolley towards Santee Town Center.
- Get off at the Spring Street Station.
- From there, transfer to Bus Route 855 or 870 heading towards Avocado Boulevard.
- Disembark at the nearest stop on Avocado Boulevard.
2. **Bus Services:**
- Check local bus schedules for routes that service Avocado Boulevard directly from your location. Routes may vary, so it's advisable to use a transit app or website for real-time information.
**By Car:**
1. **From Downtown San Diego:**
- Take I-5 N and merge onto I-8 E.
- Continue on I-8 E for approximately 15 miles.
- Take exit 16 for CA-125 N toward La Mesa.
- Merge onto CA-125 N and take exit 12 for Jamacha Road/Avocado Blvd.
- Turn left onto Avocado Blvd, and you will reach your destination shortly.
2. **Parking:**
- There are several parking lots available along Avocado Boulevard. Look for designated parking areas or street parking where permitted.
Make sure to check traffic conditions before you head out, as they can affect travel times!
