We’re bringing a taste of Germany to Plant City Oktoberfest! 🇩🇪🍻
Stop by the Blue Collar Burger booth for a German-style bratwurst served on a pretzel bun with house-made mustard and kraut, plus real German Oktoberfest beers to complete the experience.

For Chef Cory, great food begins with fresh, quality ingredients. Plant City’s strong agricultural community was one of the things that first drew him here. After visiting during the Strawberry Festival and seeing the area’s farms, markets, and sense of community firsthand, he knew this was where he wanted to build Blue Collar Burger. 🍓🤝🍔

For the New American restaurant and cafe also located on Quivira Road in San Diego, you can take the bus route 9 towards Downtown and get off at the Lytton St & Rosecrans St stop. From there, it's a short walk to Quivira Road where the restaurant is located.
