Well that's a wrap!
Tania and the entire "closing" team of her era would like to thank you for supporting us for the last 32 years. Without you, the restaurant would not exist. Without your support, we would not have been able to feed 50 families/households. Without you, this was never worth doing.
It's an end of era, for sure. But we hope nothing but the best for the staff and the restaurant moving forward.
It's a sad day when you say goodbye, but this is more of a see you later...

Open all day today (from 7am to 10pm), and tomorrow from 7am to 2pm.

While Tania's retirement is the big story at Hob Nob, we would be remiss if we didn't acknowledge these four delightful women. They have been here through thick and thin, and even through a global pandemic.
We cannot thank Fabi, Liz, Jennette, and Jenn enough for nearly a century of combined service for Hob Nob Hill. We hope that they are part of the new chapter in the long illustrious history of this restaurant on a hill!
Come see them today and the rest of the weekend. We will officially close the chapter on the "Tania Era" of Hob Nob Hill on Sunday, March 2nd at 2pm. So you only have two and a half more days before we close this chapter.

In the 80 year history of this restaurant, we estimate that we have served over four million guests. It's because of the kitchen -- the heart of any restaurant -- that we have been able to stay in business for eight decades. Consistency. Affordability. Friendly service. It's something that we always strive for.
Come join us for the last few days of the "Tania Era" at Hob Nob as she sold the restaurant and will ride off into the sunset.
Enjoy your retirement!

The Cobb Salad. That culinary intersection where eating healthy and eating indulgently cross. A salad with bacon, avocado, eggs, cheese, and meat? Yes!

Slowly but surely, the weather is getting warmer, and the nights are getting longer. Isn't it time you indulge in a delicious Milkshake? We start with local ice cream from our friends at Niederfrank's in National City (shout out to Patty and MaryEllen!). We add milk, give it a shake, and top it with fresh whipped cream!
It needs to be part of your order the next time you're at Hob Nob Hill.
