I’ve been experimenting with presenting food “Jamie Oliver” style. It really adds a different dimension to a meal! #1 Sliced Filet Mignon with peppercorn sauce, grilled veggies and garlic potato cauliflower mash. #2 A low-country boil with Dungeness crab! #3 Burrata Caprese with grilled sourdough.
