40+ years in the kitchen. Three generations of chefs. One family legacy.
Meet Chef Henry Yang - Taiwan-born, 40+ years deep in perfecting his craft across Taiwan, Thailand, and China. At almost 70, he's still running the kitchen at Zen alongside his sons, Executive Chef Ethan and co-owner Jonathan.
This was supposed to be his "last hoorah before retirement," but anyone who knows Chef Henry knows he's not slowing down. The passion that started decades ago in Taiwan? Still there. The standards he's held for four decades? Still uncompromising.
Every dish that comes out of this kitchen carries that history. Every catering order. Every to-go bag. That's the difference between just food and food that means something.
