For public transport, take the Green Line Trolley to the Station at Mission Valley Center. From there, walk for about 10 minutes on Camino de la Reina and you will find the restaurants on your left.
If you are driving, take exit 7A from I-8 W and turn right onto Camino del Rio N. Then turn right onto Camino de la Reina. You can park in the nearby parking lot or street parking is also available.
