To get to Miralani Drive in San Diego, you can take the Green Line trolley and get off at the "Morena/Linda Vista" stop. From there, you can walk or take a taxi to the destination.
If driving, you can take the 163 freeway and exit at Clairemont Mesa Boulevard. From there, turn onto Kearny Villa Road and then onto Miralani Drive. Parking is available on the street or in nearby parking lots.
