Over the weekend I made The Summer I Turned Pretty themed treats for a special 13 year old! I love the beach theme that went along with this. The cake is chocolate flavored and the cupcakes are vanilla. 😊

Happy New Year!!
What a whirlwind end of the year! It feels like November and December came and went in a blink of an eye! Since I was too busy and too lazy to post during those months here’s a post with a few of the things I baked and cooked during those months!
Fruit tart cookies, mini apple tarts, mini pecan tarts, mini pumpkin cheesecakes, apple crumble tart, lumpia, teriyaki salmon, kalua chicken, sweet and sour tofu, spam Masubi, fried rice, white chocolate matcha cookies, chocolate chip cookies, Ube crinkle cookies, Xmas sugar cookies, and chocolate raspberry tarts!

70th Birthday Cake
A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of making a 70th birthday cake! This cake is red velvet and topped with berries. I had extra cake batter so I also made a few cupcakes to match 😊 I love the way number and letter cakes turn out. They are always so cute!

Sweet 16 Birthday!
Today we celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday by throwing her a big party. With our busy schedules I didn’t have time or energy to make all the food (I did make some still! Just not all lol)
I want to say THANK YOU to everyone we ordered food from. Your food was amazing! If you are in San Diego and need food for a party (that I don’t make 😉 haha) I highly recommend all these places!

I’m back!! 😃
I took a few months off to go on maternity leave but am now back and ready to take orders!

We’re having a baby!🤰🩷
Over the weekend I had my baby shower to celebrate our growing family. I had majority of it catered but did make a few of the treats! I made a vegan chocolate cake, strawberry croissants, mini apple crumble cheesecakes and spinach dip.

Birthday Cake and Cake Pops!

This weekend I had so much fun making this cake and matching cake pops! Maybe I’m biased because my favorite color is pink but this is one of my favorite cakes that I’ve made! The cake is 100% vegan and I made all the bows out of vegan fondant. I made this for a special little girl’s 3rd birthday and I hope she loves it as much as I do! 🩷🎀
