Calozzi's Cheesesteaks Pacific Beach was a beloved American restaurant and sandwich shop located on Garnet Avenue. It was founded by Al Calozzi, a Philly native who brought authentic Philadelphia cheesesteaks to Seattle and eventually Southern California. The restaurant offered delicious, mouth-watering sandwiches that were made with freshly-grilled steak and melted cheese served on Amoroso rolls imported from Philadelphia. Customers loved the classic Philly Cheesesteak, as well as other varieties such as the Chicken Cheesesteak and Veggie Cheesesteak. The restaurant also sold gift cards and e-gift cards that were perfect for holiday gifts or simply treating oneself to a delicious meal. Unfortunately, the restaurant has been permanently closed and will no longer be serving its signature cheesesteaks.
