On September 17th, AVANT welcomes The Last Drop Release No. 43 to American soil for the first time — a 22-Year-Old Barbados Rum from Foursquare Distillery. Rebecca Jago and Gayle Seale host an evening built around it: a five-course dinner, a guided tasting, and an exclusive pour of Tom's Blend No. 1, the not-for-sale House Pour.

Garden to plate, in the truest sense. The tomatoes in our burrata salad are grown right here in the chef's garden, harvested at their peak and on the plate not long after. Paired with cool, creamy burrata, it is a quiet reminder that the best flavor never travels far.
