Hard to believe it has already been a week since the chefs packed up and the last glass was poured. The weekend left a mark on us, and judging by the messages still coming in, on a lot of you too.
The good news: we are just getting started. Summer at The Inn means we have a season full of reasons to come back.
Dive-Inn Movies return at Santiago Pool every Saturday night.
Saturday mornings begin in the Chef's Garden with a tour and a packet of seeds to take home.
Vine to Table dinners at AVANT, the RBI Select Release Party for National Tequila Day, Garden to Glass on the North Lawn, and a Champagne and Oyster Happy Hour we are quietly very excited about. Plus Kid's Golf Camp, and weekend yoga... just to name a few.

Over 54 hours, we had the privilege of hosting James Beard Award winners and a room full of guests who came ready to celebrate them. The VIP Chef Dinner on Thursday set the tone, and from there the weekend unfolded in extraordinary fashion: live cooking demonstrations and knife skills workshops, wine and whiskey tastings. Plus, Golf with the Chefs, a fun cocktail competition and more all to lead up to the Grand Chefs Tour Dinner.
To the chefs who shared their kitchens and their stories with us, thank you. To Executive Chef , Corporate Executive Chef , and Regional Sommelier for hosting, thank you.
And to every single guest who pulled up a chair, raised a glass, and made the room what it was, thank you most of all. You are the reason this event is our biggest of the year.
