If you're traveling by public transport, take the Green Line Trolley to the Old Town Transit Center and transfer to Bus Route 8 heading towards Mission Valley. Get off at the Mission Center Road stop and walk a few blocks west to reach Hibert Street.
If you're driving, take Highway 163 and exit onto Friars Road heading east. Turn left onto Frazee Road and then left again onto Mission Center Road. Take another left onto Hibert Street and look for parking options in nearby lots or street parking areas.
