"Great Taste & Customer Service! - Unfortunately, I ordered these chocolate bars during extremely hot temperatures in California, and they all arrived melted and deformed. Even though I placed them in the freezer, the paper got stuck to the chocolate, and I was unable to remove the wrappers without making a huge mess. Thankfully, the owner of the company called me back, and apologized/issued a full refund. But the taste of this chocolate is amazing! I will be ordering again during the winter months."
