Turn those hops up to 11! We truly pushed the limits of what Cryo Fresh can do, and we can’t wait for you to try the result. We jammed this West Coast IPA full of Mosaic, Mosaic HyperBoost, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo Fresh, which is three times as concentrated as whole cone fresh hops. Better yet, we used the equivalent of 7lbs per barrel in the whirlpool alone to really emulate a wet hop b**r! Freshie Fresh is a straight up blueberry bomb, with some blackberry, grape, and dank notes too. What are you waiting for? Drink it freshie fresh!

It was a dark and stormy night… the kettle was boiling, the fermentors were bubbling, and the brew team was nowhere to be found. What could they be up to? Bags of Waimea, Nelson, Nectaron, Riwaka, & Galaxy were strewn about the brewery while Pilsner and Oat malt littered the floor. Bag that triple dry-hopped Hazy Double IPA recipe as evidence, because we have a hypothesis for this whodunit: could it be The Fu! Crew, with a mash paddle in the cellar? Lingering notes of tropical guava, sticky pear, and lychee sure point to it. This may be a cold case, but that’s just how we like it!

It’s everyone’s favorite time of the year…Wet Hop Season! The amount of hops we stuffed into our contribution, Dripping with Dankness, is no joke. This tasty IPA used over 300 pounds of Strata Wet Hops, along with Columbus Cryo, Strata Cryo, Strata, and Mosaic for an unmistakeable dankness. Aromas of white peach, strawberry, passion fruit and resiny pine soar from the glass. When sipping, a sticky icky dankness stands out first, followed by candied lemon peel, more white peach, and a dash of tropical fruit. So kick back, turn off your mind, and drink up some hops!

HOLY SHEETS! Can you believe it?! As the post-season gets closer and closer, we teamed up once again with one of our favorite baseball players, Gavin Sheets, for a triple dry-hopped Hazy IPA release! The bases are fully loaded with layers of Citra, Citra DynaBoost, Citra Cryo, Motueka, and Galaxy. Notes of pulpy OJ, mango, and pineapple knock your senses out of the park for a certified grand slam in a can! This time around, we’re offering mixed 4-packs of our traditional Holy Sheets labels & our City Connect version!

X-RAYING RAKAU - TDH HAZY DIPA
The x-ray results are in! X-Raying Rakau is the latest release in our hazy “X-Raying” series, and we’re sure you’ll be pleased. Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, and Rakau Hop Kief make up the bones of this Double IPA, and offer notes of apricot, honey mango, and even a splash of melon and key lime. Just what the doctor ordered!

Massive thank you to everyone who joined us in the festivities all weekend long – regulars, fans that traveled from far & wide, and of course, our brewery friends. The Fu! family is back this week!

TDH HOP-FU!
Double is good but Triple is better so without further ado, we proudly present to you “TDH Hop-Fu!-Gold Edition” Triple Dry Hopped West Coast India Pale Ale hopped with a ridiculous amount of Chinook, Strata, Krush, Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic. Sticky, dank, crisp, and clean with a magnificently dry finish, but wait there’s more... mouth-watering tasting notes of grape Jolly Ranchers, strawberry Gushers, zesty lemon-lime, mega sinensis orange, and delightful piney resin give a not-so-subtle chop to your tastebuds. Prepare for battle and to be entertained because “Hop-Fu!” level expert is on full display.

NZ-FU!
This triple dry-hopped West Coast IPA is fully loaded with Manilita, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and Peacharine. Aromas of tropical papaya, watermelon, and white grape dazzle the senses alongside flavors of vibrant apricot, watermelon, and purple grape. This is most assuredly the perfect b**r to quench your thirst after a long day at the black sand beaches.

MICRO-FU!
Our cutest Fu! yet! Micro-Fu! may have a teeny ABV, but it packs a hoppy punch with a combo of Amarillo, Citra, Columbus, Krush, Mosaic, & Simcoe. Flavors and aromas of vibrant blueberry and overripe stone fruit, accompanied by a crisp, clean finish, dazzle the palate sip after sip. In other words, this Extra Pale Ale is small but mighty!

2026 World B**r Cup Gold Medal Winner! We busted out the original particle accelerator to bring you the sixth batch of Lupulin Collider! This time we stacked this triple dry-hopped Hazy Triple IPA with Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin for notes of tangy grapefruit, fresh-squeezed OJ, and bright white grape. Like the charged particles inside the Large Hadron Collider, this one won’t last long so we suggest charging up your magnets and accelerating over as fast as humanly possible.

Everyone’s favorite pizza-pairing b**r is back!

PIZZAIOLO – Italian-style Pilsner
Not all heroes wear capes, and we’d like to argue the best ones wear aprons. Enter Pizzaiolo, a lovely Italian Pils hopped with a winning combo of Czech Saaz and Saphir. Wonderfully aromatic, notes of bright lemon zest, fresh-cut herbs and a subtle floral touch tickle the olfactory system. Toss one back and flavors of cracker, Meyer lemon, and malty flaky bread crust dazzle the senses before ending in a snappy bitterness and complexity that keeps you coming back for more. To say less, this one is *chef’s kiss*.

X-RAYING CITRA
Take an intrinsic, inside look at X-Raying Citra, Hazy Double IPA triple dry-hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Galaxy and Freestyle Nelson Sauvin. A bright nose, thick body and creamy mouthfeel lead the way towards radiating tasting notes of orange starburst, tangy passion fruit, and drippy pineapple-mango juice. Prepare to be irradiated, humans.

TDH ART IS HARD: GOLD LABEL
And now we proudly present TDH Art is Hard: Gold Label! We took one of our favorite year-round hazies and turned up the intensity a few notches! With an extra round of dry-hopping, we used Citra DynaBoost, Citra Cryo, Citra, Motueka, & Nelson Sauvin to deliver notes of white grape, zippy lime, and stonefruit. This 7% IPA is everything you love about Art is Hard and more!

2025 GABF Bronze Medal Winner! Rich, dark, and malty, Burlingame is our Czech-style Black L***r that offers flavors of toasted bread, bittersweet chocolate, and a prominent roasted note. We named it after the Burlingame historic district in North Park, which is known for its variety of characterful homes built in many popular architectural styles from the early 1900s. We think our Burlingame b**r is also quite characterful in that it has many flavors in common with stouts and porters, but with the clean and refined finish you would find in an exceptionally well-crafted l***r.

HOP-FU! - DDH West Coast IPA
Our flagship, World B**r Cup 2022 Gold Medal and 2024 & 2026 Silver Medal-winning West Coast IPA is lupulin loaded with Chinook, Simcoe, Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra DynaBoost, Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic, and Columbus Cryo hops that delivers a flying kick to your olfactory system with a blast of saturated hop flavors and aromas! Ales & L***rs, Friends & Neighbors: those are the pillars of what North Park B**r Co has been built on! To celebrate our Bankers Hill location and pay homage to the sign that shines within it, we bring you Friends & Neighbors Vienna-Style L***r. A blend of Vienna malts results in notes of toasted bread, while the Saaz hops offer a delicate dash of orange blossom and slight spice. This b**r is a delightful sipper for all occasions, but we think it’s best enjoyed in the company of your friends & neighbors.
