HOLY SHEETS! Can you believe it?! We teamed up with one of our favorite baseball players, Gavin Sheets, for a triple dry-hopped Hazy IPA release! The bases are fully loaded with layers of Citra, Citra DynaBoost, Citra Cryo, Motueka, and Galaxy. Notes of pulpy OJ, mango, and pineapple knock your senses out of the park for a certified grand slam in a can!

Our favorite sorcerers invited us to partake in El Dia De Los Seises, a celebration of their West Coast heavy-hitter, Sixes. They bestowed their recipe upon us, and now we’re proud to present to you our version of Sixes, double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nectaron. Devilishly delicious, this one boasts notes of lime and grapefruit zest, apricot, and pine wrapped up with a dry, moderately bitter finish. Beware the beer of the beast!

Now on draft! Take a sip and find yourself strolling through Munich’s Old Town with NP Dunkel! This bierhall banger sings with toasted brown bread and dark malt aromas, true to its time-honored style. TDH HOP-FU!
Double is good but Triple is better so without further ado, we proudly present to you “TDH Hop-Fu!-Gold Edition” Triple Dry Hopped West Coast India Pale Ale hopped with a ridiculous amount of Chinook, Strata, Krush, Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic. Sticky, dank, crisp, and clean with a magnificently dry finish, but wait there’s more... mouth-watering tasting notes of grape Jolly Ranchers, strawberry Gushers, zesty lemon-lime, mega sinensis orange, and delightful piney resin give a not-so-subtle chop to your tastebuds. Prepare for battle and to be entertained because “Hop-Fu!” level expert is on full display.

NOT DEAD, JUST SLEEPING
We gather here today in remembrance of tap lists across the Coast, and the favorite beer that used to grace them…West Coast IPA. We’ll remember it as crisp, dry, clear, & clean, perfectly palatable, and pleasantly bitter. How else could we describe this wonderfully thirst-quenching, crowd-pleaser-of-the-past? Perhaps, it’s double dry-hopped with Krush, Mosaic, and Citra, and offers aromas of oily pine, earthy resin, and a splash of dankness. Dare we say bold blueberry, citrus, strawberry, and even yellow watermelon will linger on the tastebuds? We sure will miss this one. Wait, did we have a mix-up? This beer isn’t Dead, it’s Just Sleeping!

Are you seeing green yet? A Brighter Green is our newest triple dry-hopped Hazy Double IPA, bursting with aromas of tropical pineapple, lingering pine, and ripe melon. Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Citra DynaBoost, Nectaron Cryo, Rakau, Manilita, & Peacharine lend tasting notes of sticky pine resin, mango, and pineapple. Despite the name, this one is a creamy light yellow in appearance, and as hazy as they come. So recover from that hike or post up at the park with a can of A Brighter Green!

There’s no doubt Kung-Fu fighting kiwis are double-take worthy, but we’d argue this NZ Pils is too. Bam! Pow! Wham! Peacharine, Riwaka, and Nectaron smack the senses with aromas of bright nectarine, dank tropical fruits, and orange blossom. Take a few sips and you’ll taste even more nectarine, fresh lime, and passion fruit leaping from the glass. True to its name, it’s absolutely Worth a Squiz!

It was the best of times, it was the west of times. No matter how you look at it, it was time for a beer! We loaded this double dry-hopped West Coast IPA with a smattering of Citra, Mosaic, Krush, and Simcoe. Give it a sniff for aromas of purple grape, lemon zest, passionfruit, and fresh pine. Notes of dried apricot, grape Jolly Rancher, tangerine, and a dash of dankness dazzle the taste buds upon sipping. Life ain’t always easy…sometimes there’s a big, scary tiger lurking around the bend, like starting a new job or making the leap to see a dream through. In celebration of being bold and learning to Ride the Tiger with a bit of grace, we bring you the mighty return of this triple dry-hopped West Coast Double IPA. Adventure is calling, and it’s saying “Let’s Go Chase Some Waterfalls!”. Put on that backpack, and don’t forget to hydrate – perhaps with a tasty little Triple IPA, if you’re feeling cheeky. We’re heading out on the trail with our friends at and in search of notes of all of our favorite juicy red fruits, including strawberry and ruby red grapefruit, plus tangerine and guava, too. Luckily for us, we found just what we were looking for in a mountain of Citra, Strata, and Manilita. Because why head to the PNW if you’re not going to chase some waterfalls with your best buds?

REMINDER: We have a strict 1 case per brand, per person, per day limit on all beers, no exceptions. Your ID must match the receipt when picking up. Late pickup requests cannot be accommodated (beers labeled “pre-order” must be picked up by taproom closure on Friday).

Crushable, crisp, and totally ready to party, Fiestaveza is here! We brewed this Mexican style Lager with toasty Vienna and bready Pilsner malts with a hefty dose of flaked maize to keep the body lean and make the drinking so easy that you don’t even have to try! Throw a lime wedge in it, we don’t mind. Grab some tacos and enjoy!

The best place to enjoy Fiestaveza? At the , of course! Not only are we pouring our favorite Mexican-style Lager at the event next Saturday, but we’re also participating in the salsa competition for the very first time! Chef Sam is whipping up a very special salsa just for the competition, so go get those Salsa Fest tickets!

So you thought West Coast IPA was dead? Well, guess what? It’s baaaaaaaack! You better brace yourself for the zombie hop-apocalypse! Sorta Mostly Dead is a venerable undead army hopped with Citra Dynaboost, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic, and Strata Cryo, which offer a super dank profile of dense oily lupulin, blueberries, grapefruit zest, fruity pebbles, and fresh pine! Is it... adeptly bitter? Appropriately dry? Clean finish? Brilliantly clear golden-coppery hue? Yes, yes, yes, and YES! The dead rises again!!!

It’s a good day for a hazy IPA!

CITRA COLLIDER
Our “Collider” Series continues, and this time we packed it full of those wonderfully delicious Citra hops! Citra Collider is a triple dry-hopped Hazy Triple IPA dosed with an insane amount Citra, Citra Cryo, and Citra Dynaboost. This full-bodied, creamy delight is dripping with notes of saturated passion fruit, zesty pink grapefruit, peach candy, and even a smidge of melon. Prepare your senses for a supernova-level explosion of flavor, and try not to go nuclear when you take your first sip!

ART IS HARD
Our favorite house Hazy IPA, DDH Art is Hard, is infused with a huge dose of Citra Dynaboost and then double dry-hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Citra Cryo, and Motueka to evoke bright citrus and fruity tropical flavors of tangerine, orange, pineapple, and guava! We layered copious amounts of malted oats over one of our favorite pilsner malts to create a lusciously smooth mouthfeel that drinks exceptionally juicy and finishes with a snappy hop bite.

To celebrate our Bankers Hill location and pay homage to the sign that shines within it, we bring you Friends & Neighbors Vienna-Style Lager. A blend of Vienna malts results in notes of toasted bread, while the Saaz hops offer a delicate dash of orange blossom and slight spice. All aboard the Fu! Express - you’ve got a one way ticket to destination DANK with Mr. Hop-Fu! as your conductor. Piles of Krush, Columbus, Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe, Nectaron, and Abstrax BrewGas Pineapple Express Terpenes are the engine behind this TDH West Coast IPA locomotive. Pour yourself a glass & you’ll be smelling puffs of the stickiest, ickiest jazz cabbage from across the room (we’re not kidding), accompanied by pineapple & melon, too. As for the flavor, it’s ultra-grassy, diesely devil’s lettuce with some lemon peel, resin, and watermelon rind thrown in the mix.
