We had an amazing morning yesterday with a fabulous 4th grade class. They learned how it takes us 3 days to make a croissant and on the 4th day we bake them. They all made their own tarts and cookies. Each one made one for themselves and one to take home to their sibling. Such an awesome class. They all had great questions. They asked what makes the business successful. I answered, LOVE is the key. Love what you do, bake with love, love to learn, but most importantly LOVE ONE ANOTHER❤️💖❤️💖 .com ❤️

We had a great day when a group of high schoolers joined us today. Grace taught them about our business and what it takes. They tasted some goodies and had a tour in the back. What a great day to share with you!!! Wishing you students a GREAT summer!

On top of the rooftop of A Delight of Frances future location on Grand Ave. and watching the beautiful gathering of Escondido's Street Faire. It only got busier and it was a beautiful day with the Esco community and with communities near by who joined us. What a GREAT DAY of music, art, food, people, pets, vendors💕🫶🎉

We are now taking orders for our Mother's Day packages that serve 4-6. When mom opens the box, she will be greeted with a Mother's Day greeting and a box filled with delicious fresh baked pastries and fruit. Each box includes: 1 almond croissant, 1 chocolate croissant, 2 butter croissants, house made strawberry jam, 2 individual veggie quiche, 2 individual Quiche Lorraine, 4 mini pastries, a bowl of fresh fruit, and Mother's Day greeting, all for $67. Pick up is on Saturday, May 9th or Sunday, May 10th. Makes a beautiful brunch for
