A big change is in effect at Mitch’s Seafood this new year.
We love pets, but for the health and safety of our customers & staff we are no longer allowing pets at our restaurant.
We are happy to help assist anyone with a pet to make a To Go order to enjoy a meal on the public outer pathway planter seating.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

What people say
Seafood restaurants are known for their fresh and flavorful dishes that are sure to satisfy any seafood lover's cravings. And when it comes to seafood restaurants in San Diego, Mitch's Seafood on Scott Street is definitely a must-visit spot. Since 2008, they have been serving local and sustainably caught wild seafood, making them a top choice for those who care about the environment and supporting local fishermen.
One of the standout dishes at Mitch's Seafood is their Seared Tuna Salad. This light and refreshing dish features a perfectly seasoned tuna fillet that is sure to leave your taste buds wanting more. And if tuna isn't your thing, they also offer a daily selection of grilled fish options to choose from.
But what really sets Mitch's Seafood apart from other restaurants is their commitment to giving back to the community. They recently hosted a fundraiser for a local elementary school and participated in the Creek to Bay cleanup on Earth Day, diverting 20 lbs of recycling and 27 pounds of litter from the creek. It's clear that they truly care about making a positive impact on both their customers and the environment.
And if you're a baseball fan, be sure to check out their latest shirt design in honor of the home team. With delicious food, community involvement, and a love for sports, Mitch's Seafood has something for everyone.
