To get to N Harbor Drive in San Diego, you can take public transport by taking the trolley and getting off at the County Center/Little Italy Station. From there, walk towards the waterfront and turn left on North Harbor Drive.

If you're driving, take Interstate 5 South and exit on Sassafras Street. Follow the signs to the waterfront and turn right on North Harbor Drive. There is parking available at metered spots along the street as well as paid garages nearby.
