We are a full service caterer- and many clients are curious what that means when they initially reach out.
Full service to us means:
🥕we are making custom menus based on our clients, their guests, the location, the time of year, and we manage the on-site timelines around those menus and ex*****on
🔪we are preparing that food live on site, for an elevated meal experience
👯♀️we are managing our staffing so our clients have our awesome, professional team who know how to take care of the party, start to finish, set-up to clean-up
🍽️we are coordinating on all logistics and rentals for the entire event, so that whether it’s just us or a large team of vendors, it’s going to be a smooth day
✨we are resetting the venue and rentals so that everything is better than before we arrived when we are leaving
🥂our full service team elevates the entire day so that each element is considered and the flow of the day before- during and after is seamless
We still have some precious spots in our 2026 calendar, we look forward to hearing from you so we can help you create an awesome day.

A super special day to remember for S & L💜
The air was perfect, the food was over the fire, the flowers had a life of their own, the dance party was one of our favorites ever, the guests were a blast, the hosts are dreamboats and the giant sandwich was dramatic to say the least 🥪!

That time we made wine jello to surprise our guests w for a wine dinner at their gorgeous place on the mesa -
We are so grateful our friends and let us have so much fun w our menu pairings 🩵
We have clients come to us with a lot of fun ideas: giant six foot sub in lieu of a wedding cake, asado in the middle of cocktail hour, twelve foot charcuterie install, ice cream sandwiches passed at a summer desert reception, cannoli made in front of guests - etc! We want to hear from you so we can make the magic happen!
lahood 💕 we miss you 📸

Some peeks into our last farm dinner for this season- the photos by are blowing us away.
Pictured: Inside out moussaka with a cucumber and herb slaw, beef/lamb meatballs smoking on the grill, sweet fall tablescape, and enjoying a perfect cook on the eggplant, inspiring us all and looking like a beauty queen, kosher salt fairy dust, plating the cornmeal and plum upside down cake with date caramel- what a day!
This season in the Boulder area we were so grateful for being our primary sources for beautiful meat and veg on this side of the state as well as connecting with our west slope friends at the front range farmers’ markets: 🩷 There is so much coming from Colorado fields and producers. And , who we miss dearly when we work on the front range- as they are the single most helpful vendor to a logistically wild company like ours- we are grateful we can get bulk dry goods, dairy and other goodies from them when we are working on the western side of things which we can bring east and share with our guests here too. We want to shout out especially! 🫶🏻
We are starting to almost* wind down for the 2025 season as the temps get cooler and the harvests are brought inside fit storage. We are working on our inquiries, please if you need us ping us or give us a call! We are so looking forward to winter bookings and filling our calendar with all the fun to come next year.
In 2026 we are hoping for- more big dinner parties and events with gorgeous views, more multi-course tasting menus for intimate groups of super foodies, more fun maximizing our incredible bar team- and we can’t wait to be surprised by what ideas you all bring to us! 🩷

That said we are so excited to hear from you all about what you’re thinking for next season!

Come get a gorgeous bite (or five) and drink some of the best wine Colorado has to offer!

Appreciation post*
It’s our girl birthday, she and her husband Steve are 🥂Collaborating with them has been a huge factor in our growth, they are constantly upleveling professionally, personally, creatively etc and that makes us want to be better. We have so much respect for Jayme & Steve and all they do.
We wanted to put together some gorgeous photos that took for us at our first of two 2024 asado dinners at their vineyard on the mesa last season - such a treat to be inspired by Jayme’s creative and thoughtful na cocktails, her zest, her aesthetic! She truly brings out the best in us.
We will be having two ticketed dinners at the Storm Cellar this season- look out for those ticket sales, first ones go on sale in April for May.
Thank you Jayme! Happy birthday. We so appreciate being your peers in agricultural hospitality, in creating memories and beauty- and in life. Xo FS😘

One of our favorite events of 2024 happened outside of Aspen collaborating with which is one of our favorite experiential dining pop-ups we have long admired.
Guests arrived to a beautiful open field, set tables, gorgeous views, a dreamy cocktail hour with small bites as well as introductions and then sat down for a five course dinner inspired by all of our favorite things about late spring: green garlic, fragrant herbs, crisp asparagus, sour green tomatoes, buttery radishes and sweet baby roots.
June was one of our busiest months last season and this dinner primed us for the start of that wild, early summer ride.
The incredible joined us and took such special photos that we feel like really captured the feeling and tastes of the day.
We are looking forward to more like this in 2025.

We wanted to ask- does anyone look at their email this week? 😅 We are diligently working through all of your inquiries, even during these two weeks of family and gathering at the end of the year, though we are also grateful for the time with our loved ones as things slow down during these colder, dark days.
Looking back on a really special dinner for and their whole crew at the end of 2023 that we helped put on with our beloved friends - and remembering that it’s always a good time to slow down and gather the people you love around a table. We were so excited to create a meal for the Farm Runners crew because they aggregate all the west slope farm goods for us all season long and make our business as farm-focused event chefs very possible. 🫶🏻
Thanks to everyone who follows along and supports FS; you mean the world to us. Wishing everyone a very happy end of year, warm holidays with the people you love and delicious food to eat in their company.
lahood we miss you and love these photos oh so much ❤️

Dear we love you. We were going through our photo gallery from 2024 and realized that the green squeeze bottles made it into a lot of photos. Here are a few of our favorites.
