If you are using public transport to reach Illinois Street in San Diego, take the Green Line or Orange Line and get off at the 25th & Commercial Transit Center. From there, walk south on 25th Street until you reach Illinois Street.
If driving, take Interstate 5 South and exit at Sassafras St./Airport/Laurel St. Turn right onto Laurel St., then turn left onto Pacific Highway. Continue straight until you reach Barnett Ave., then turn left onto Barnett Ave. Turn right onto California St., then turn left onto Laurel St. Finally, turn right onto India St., which leads to Illinois Street.
