To get to Napa Street in San Diego, you can take the trolley and get off at the Washington St. station. From there, walk south on Washington St., then turn left onto India St. Walk a few blocks until you reach the intersection of India St. and Palm St., and turn right onto Palm St. Napa St. will be on your left.
If driving, take I-5 to the Old Town exit and go east on Old Town Ave. Turn left onto Pacific Hwy and continue straight until you reach Barnett Ave., where you will turn right. After about a mile, turn left onto Napa St.
There is limited street parking available near Tio Leo's Lounge, but there is also a small parking lot behind the building that patrons can use.
