Honored to be invited by the American Cancer Society to share a dish inspired by Brazilian flavors and the power of nourishing food. 🇧🇷✨
Our take on the traditional “Feijoada/Frituada” brought together beans, rice, and slow-cooked pork — a comforting dish full of flavor and ingredients known to support gut health and wellness. ❤️
At Chicha, food is more than a meal — it’s culture, connection, and care. Thank you to the American Cancer Society for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful event.

Honored and excited to be part of the 2026 Tower Bridge Dinner.
When I look at this photo, I don’t just see four chefs. I see stories, cultural roots, migration, hard work, and evolution.
Sacramento is a city built by people who came from different places, bringing with them their traditions, knowledge, and dreams. In many ways, this dinner celebrates exactly that—the way different cultures come together around a table to create something new.
As a Peruvian chef and immigrant, it is a privilege to share a piece of my story and my heritage alongside colleagues whom I deeply respect and admire.
Thank you for the trust, the opportunity, a@nd to everyone who has supported my journey along the way.
I look forward to sharing this experience with our community under the Tower Bridge.
