What a great day at the first Poway Spring Festival hosted by the Chamber of Commerce! 🌸
It was amazing to see our community come together to support local businesses and enjoy all that Poway has to offer. With 200+ vendors, local eats, live music, performances, entertainment, a classic car show, and family fun, there was something for everyone.
A huge thank you to the Poway Chamber for putting on such a fantastic event and to everyone who came out to support local. ❤️

It's definitely a crowd favorite. Everything made from scratch starting with the housemade salsa roja, garlic aioli, marinated pork tocino down to the tortilla chips fried fresh and made to order. Don't sleep on this delicious goodness. Not just a breakfast dish. Hits the spot any time of day.

Our Fried Panko Spam Musubi has been one of those snacks people can’t stop thinking about lately 👀 Crispy golden panko on the outside, warm savory spam and rice on the inside, layered with our signature sauces between the spam and rice, then finished with furikake and wrapped in nori for the perfect bite.

Woke up in tears. 😭 How is my baby boy a grown ass man? Please help me wish MY Chef Elijah a very happy birthday! (He hates being called chef...so call him chef...lol) I love you with ALL I am. I wish I could spoil you and give you the world. Hopefully one day I can. Its been a rough few years but we will get through it. Thank you for hanging in there and sticking this out with me and loving me when I need it most. You truly are my mini me and gift from GOD. We are so much alike. (As much as you might hate to admit it haha)🤪 We stress hard, we are emotional BUT we work hard, love hard and family always comes first. Proud of the man you grew up to be. You are amazing son and brother. Your Grandma Norma and Papa Vangie would be so proud of you too. They are smiling at you from above. Can't wait to see you today!
