If coming from the south via Interstate 5 North or East via CA-94 West, exit CA-163 N toward Escondido and continue until Exit 3C for Washington Street East which merges into W Arbor Drive Slight left onto W Arbor Drive then merge onto CA-163 S towards downtown Once on CA-163 S take exit at University Ave (Exit 4) and make a right turn onto University Ave followed by another right turn onto Richmond Street then finally one last right turn onto Newton Avenue.
