I always joke when people complement a technique or design “thanks its my first day” but truly this is my entire life in the making- when I was ~5 I said I want to be a pastry chef and live in San Diego when I grew up- so I did just that… took every class I could, baked cupcakes for a bakery several days a week after during high school and found my way in the SD wedding scene because baking and wedding cakes were my dream. A highly undervalued art, but so grateful for the people who have cheered me on and supported this little dream along the way 💕
