If you're taking public transportation, you can take the North County Transit District bus to the El Camino Real & Vista Way stop, which is a short walk from the restaurant. Alternatively, you can take the Sprinter train to the Oceanside Transit Center and transfer to the same NCTD bus.
If you're driving, take either I-5 or CA-78 to get onto South el Camino Real in Oceanside. The restaurant is located near the intersection of South el Camino Real and Vista Way. There is limited street parking available nearby as well as a small parking lot adjacent to the restaurant.
