It’s spring szn at Queenstown Bistro and it’s a vibe!
Our new seasonal cocktails have landed on the menu. Filled with floral notes and refreshing flavors, they’re perfect on a spring day. 🌸

🍓 Strawberry Fields: reposado tequila, Licor 43, lime juice, & strawberry-basil syrup. A spring take on a strawberry marg.
🌿 Garden Party: vodka, St. Germain, lemon juice, champagne syrup, cucumber bitters, club soda. The cucumber is *so* refreshing.
💐 Spring G&T: gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, rosewater, tonic. Perfect for gin lovers!

Our signature spring cocktails (all designed by our bar manager Brendan) just dropped! 🍹
First up: Strawberry Fields – a delectable take on a strawberry margarita, but make it *spring*. 🍓🍋🟩🌸
What’s in it? Reposado tequila + Licor 43 + strawberry-basil syrup + lime + ice, garnished with a strawberry slice and basil leaf.
Licor 43 (or Cuarenta y Tres) is a Spanish liqueur produced in Cartagena from a secret family recipe featuring 43 herbs, fruits, and spices – mainly Mediterranean citrus and vanilla. It pairs really well with the basil, bringing a fresh brightness as you sip and savor.
Strawberry Fields is also Brendan’s fave drink from the spring menu, so you know it’s good.
