Bamboo Bistro was a beloved Mongolian restaurant located on Eastlake Pkwy. Customers were drawn to the delicious Mongolian BBQ, made with only the freshest ingredients that were hand-prepared every morning by Mr. and Mrs. Han. The couple took great care in ensuring that each dish was cooked to perfection, and even made all six sauces and teriyaki sauce personally. However, as of a recent date, Bamboo Bistro has permanently closed its doors.

To get to the location on Eastlake Parkway in Chula Vista, you can take the bus and get off at the Eastlake Parkway Transit Center. From there, walk east along Eastlake Parkway for about 10 minutes until you reach your destination.
If you are driving, take the I-805 South and exit on East H Street. Turn left onto East H Street and continue straight until you reach Eastlake Parkway. Turn right onto Eastlake Parkway and continue for about 2 miles until you reach your destination.
There is parking available in a lot adjacent to the building.
