For those without access to a private vehicle, take the San Diego Trolley Blue Line to the Coronado Ferry Landing. From there, catch the 901 bus and ride it until you reach the Naval Air Station North Island Main Gate. Dunkin' is located within the Naval Exchange.

If driving, take CA-75 South over the Coronado Bay Bridge until you see signs for Naval Air Station North Island. From there, enter through the main gate and follow signs for parking near the Naval Exchange.

The coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant is located in the same building as Dunkin', so these directions will also apply to those establishments.
