Today is Vyshyvanka Day 🇺🇦
For us, this is more than traditional clothing. It’s something deeply personal — a reminder of home, family, and the moments that stay with you no matter where life takes you.
Leleka Coffee was created here in the U.S., but its story began much earlier — in Ukraine.
That’s where our lives first became connected to coffee, people, and the culture of small daily rituals.
We brought with us a love for quality coffee and a desire to create something warm, genuine, and meaningful here.
Today we’re wearing our vyshyvankas, drinking coffee, and simply want to say:
no matter where we are, Ukraine will always remain a part of us 🤍

Bitterness doesn’t always mean bad coffee ☕️
Most of the time, it’s just over-extraction.
For pour-over coffee (V60, Kalita, Clever Dripper), brewing too long can make the cup taste harsh, dry, and bitter.
A good brew should feel:
• smooth
• balanced
• naturally sweet
Ideal brew time:
2:30–4:00 min depending on your recipe and grind size.
Small details completely change the taste.
