Where do you store your coffee? 👀
We get this question a lot — and the fridge might seem like the obvious choice.
But coffee is sensitive to moisture, temperature changes, and smells around it. For the coffee you drink every day, room temperature and a well-sealed bag or container usually works best.
Need to keep it much longer? Freezing can be a better option — when it’s done properly.
Small storage details really do make a difference in how your coffee tastes. ☕️

When we started LELEKA, most of our days were about coffee — choosing beans, roasting, tasting, changing little things, tasting again… and figuring things out along the way.
And then something really cool started happening.
Our coffee started showing up in your homes, on your trips, at your tables, with your friends.
We started getting messages, reviews, and photos like these.
And honestly, we still get excited every time.
Because behind every bag we roast is a real person who chose our coffee out of so many options.

If you ask me to choose just one, I’ll always have a soft spot for heirloom coffee varieties. ☕️
I love them for their history, character, and the fact that some of these traditional varieties have been growing for generations.
That’s one of the things I love most about coffee — every variety has its own story.
