Our non-alcoholic Micheladas have been a hiiiit! This customer in particular comes in every week asking for one ☀️

Why we like ‘em: they are refreshing, have a fun little kick, and are soooo tasty!

They also remind us of the importance of taking breaks! Rest sparks creativity ✨We came back from our trip to Mexico with this idea brewing and we are shocked how delicious and popular our Micheladas are 🤩

We’ve loved this Ube & Cheese combination from the very start 💜🤍

People always ask us what is Ube? It’s literally a purple yam (Camote Morado in Spanish) that is common in the Philippines.

When our amazing Filipino customers started asking for this flavor, we experimented and finally came up with a stellar recipe 💯 How does it taste? Well it’s a soft and distinct flavor and often reminds me of powdered milk.

Cheese (literally queso fresco) is inspired by Mexican culture, and is also a soft flavor with amazing texture and bits of cheese weaved throughout.

We love this combination not only for the unique flavors but because it honors and represents the beautiful cultures that make national city home 💜🤍

As a Colombian owned ice cream shop, we sometimes sprinkle some tastes of home in our ice cream.

Thus, this 🍍pineapple sorbet 🍍 has a twist! We added some rice and cinnamon to taste just like one of our favorite Colombian drinks. Excited for you to try it next time you come in 💛

Have you tried Chongos Zamoranos?! We hadn’t even heard of it until our amazing customers suggested we make this flavor.

Chongos Zamoranos are a type of Mexican milk based candy made with cinnamon and sugar. Trust me when I say, this ice cream won’t disappoint. It’s got bits of the soft milk candy mixed throughout and hints of cinnamon in every bite.

As a cinnamon lover, I suggest adding a dusting of cinnamon as a topping, and enjoy ✨

If you’ve wondered how to support Ukrainians after Russia’s invasion, consider bringing medical supplies to Antójate Ice Cream!

We have partnered with San Diego’s Chamber of Commerce to receive medical supply donations. Here’s a list of some of the medical supplies Ukrainians are needing at this time.

For those using public transport, take the 929 bus and get off at the E. 8th Street stop. After getting off the bus, walk towards the east along E. 8th Street until you reach your destination.
