Meet Ayla Ethiopia, our latest rotating single-origin espresso. While Monkey Bite will always be a staple, The Bird is here for when you're ready to switch things up.

This is the washed process in action. 💧☕️
By this stage, the coffee cherry’s skin and fruit have already been removed. The beans, still wrapped in their parchment layer, are washed clean to remove any remaining sticky mucilage before heading off to dry.
This extra step is what helps create the clean, crisp, and vibrant flavors washed coffees are known for.
So next time you see “Washed Process” on your favorite bag of coffee, remember this!

To reach Morena Boulevard in San Diego using public transport, take the Blue Line towards Bayfront/E St Station and exit at Morena/Linda Vista Station. From there, walk south along Morena Boulevard until you reach your destination.
If you plan to drive to the location, take Interstate 5 and exit at Sea World Drive. Continue on Sea World Drive until it merges with Ingraham Street. Turn right onto Nimitz Boulevard and continue until you reach Morena Boulevard. Turn right onto Morena Boulevard and look for parking options near your destination.
