If driving, use the I-5 highway and take Exit 19B towards Old Town Avenue. Keep left at the fork to continue towards San Diego Avenue and follow signs for Heritage Park. Parking is available for a fee in the nearby parking lot or street parking may be available.
Once at Heritage Park Row, look for a tea room with outdoor seating amongst the historic homes.
